Terms of Use for all of PoGo Ohio and it's services - To use PoGo Ohio the user agrees to comply with the agreement and understand the following:
• Users are not allowed to share user accounts on the Website, Discord or Facebook
• Users are not allowed to share spawn information of Pokemon and/or Raids, including screenshots of the Discord posts or of the Map. This also includes sharing of the CP, IV, spawn time and location of said spawns or raids. This also includes no sharing of any Quest info found on the map or via feeds from any and all of PoGo Ohio's resources.
• This service is sold AS IS and has uncontrollable factors that may, at times, hinder the service partially or as a whole. PoGo Ohio does NOT guarantee service nor is it affiliated with Niantic, ThePokemonCompany or any of their affiliates. Since service is sold AS IS, there are NO refunds for services paid.
• PoGo Ohio reserves the right to cancel a membership at any time for any reason it deems fit, including, but not limited to, breaking of this ToS.
• PoGo Ohio does not store credit information. All transactions are handled via PayPal.
